Modular and mobile accommodation
Gone are the days when it was acceptable for modular accommodation, caravans, mobile homes, temporary offices, classrooms and student housing to be of a ‘lower grade’ in terms of finished quality. People now rightly expect the same quality they would find within permanent fixtures … and we can help.
Highwood cladding provides a good looking and more permanent ‘feel’ to the accommodation – but there are also many more benefits to using our material internally too.
The challenge for those providing any kind of modular accommodation is that when traditional materials such as MDF or a chipboard with ‘wood-look’ veneers are used, once chipped the material quickly looks worn and ‘shabby’ and when wet it expands and looks bloated. Contrast that with Highwood profiles, which have the same colour and material consistency throughout … so if it gets scratched, chipped or wet, you can hardly tell and any small scratches can easily be ‘rubbed out’.
Here’s the benefit….longer lasting interiors, with better ‘wearability’, leading to fewer repairs and replacement, and a much better retention of long-term property value.
